Norma Weiner is a self taught acrylic painter who believes that Art in all of its mediums helps to discover and lose ourselves at the same time. All of us need to give voice to our creativity.

 

My choice of expression is painting with a palette knife and brush. These tools enable me to explore the elements of nature. My paintings’ lines, colours and abstract shapes give meaning to nature’s wilderness.

 

The power and beauty of transforming images through colour enables me to paint canvases of scenery that I find beautiful. In particular I find birch trees burst with texture, live and energy. Every layer represents evolution and growth, each unique in its own way.
